Tonight on Something Else we’ll be talking to Benita de Wit and Zoe Andrikidis about how their differing paths have lead them overseas and the impact that that has had on their creative output.

Benita de Wit is a theatre director with a penchant for musicals. She has directed Twelve Plays of Christmas, Pippin, Edges – A Song Cycle amongst other things. In September, Benita will be moving to New York to study a Masters of Fine Arts (Directing) at Columbia University.

Zoe Andrikidis has been involved in film and TV in the US for the past 18 months. She’s worked as a production coordinator, production assistant, camera assistant and was most recently an associate producer and production coordinator on the feature film Wiener Dog Nationals (2013) which took home the Audience Award Feature (Family) at the 2013 Newport Beach Film Festival.
